Official Rules: Helium Digital AI Front Desk Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
Helium Digital Inc., Tampa Bay area, Florida ("Sponsor"). Questions: support@heliumdigital.co.
2. Who can enter
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry and who own or operate a business. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and its brands, and their immediate family and household members, can't enter.
3. Entry period
The giveaway starts at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on November 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock.
4. How to enter
Free entry: Fill out the entry form at heliumdigital.co/holiday-deals with your name, email, phone, and business type during the Entry Period.
Automatic entry: Anyone who buys any holiday deal during the Entry Period is entered automatically.
Limit one entry per person and per business, no matter how you enter. Buying doesn't give you extra entries or better odds. Entries made with scripts, bots, or fake info won't count. Sharing on social media is not a way to enter.
5. Drawing and odds
One winner will be picked at random from all eligible entries on or about December 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries we get.
6. Prize
One (1) prize: 1 year of AI Front Desk, our AI receptionist plan, for 12 months, including the plan's normal 150 receptionist minutes a month. Approximate retail value: $2,364 ($197/mo for 12 months). No cash value, no substitutions, and the prize can't be transferred, except Sponsor may swap in a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Texting features need carrier approval (A2P registration), which requires a real, active business with an EIN, a legal business name that matches IRS records, a working website, and a business email on its own domain. Sponsor handles the setup at no charge. If the carriers don't approve the winner's business, texting won't be available, but the rest of the plan still works. The winner is responsible for any taxes.
7. Winner notice
We'll email and call the winner using the info on their entry. The winner has 7 days to reply. If they don't, or if they don't qualify, we'll pick an alternate winner at random. We'll announce the winner by email and on LinkedIn, using first name, business type, and city only if the winner agrees.
8. Your info
We use entry info to run the giveaway and to send you Helium Digital emails and offers. You can unsubscribe anytime. We only text you if you agreed to get texts.
9. General terms
By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor isn't responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries or for technical problems. If the giveaway can't run as planned, Sponsor may cancel or change it and pick a winner from eligible entries received before the problem. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or run by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google.
10. Winner list
For the winner's name, email support@heliumdigital.co with "Giveaway Winner" in the subject line by December 31, 2026.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
